The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme and Employer Nomination Scheme are designed for persons who would like to work and live in Australia permanently. To be eligible for the visas, you must be under 50 years of age and have been nominated by an approved Australian employer for a job in Australia. The visa may be applied through one of the following 3 streams:

- Direct Entry Stream: this visa stream is designed for persons who have never worked or only briefly worked in Australia or temporary residents who do not qualify for the Temporary Residence Transition stream.
